After confirming your order we will contact you on WhatsApp on the number you provided on the Checkout page ( Make sure to type the number correctly ) and if the provided number is not active on WhatsApp we will call you to ask for the WhatsApp number.

After contacting you on WhatsApp we will ask that you send us the pictures you wish to be used with the HD option turned on.

After receiving the pictures we will start working on your order.

Before printing we will send the final versions for you to confirm!

When you confirm the final versions we will start crafting your order right away and send it for shipping. 

At this point after the order is sent to ship we will provide you with a tracking number for your order!

By confirming an order you agree that:

The order CANNOT be cancelled as we start working on your order right away!

Refund is only available if requested within 3 days after receiving the order and the product is defective on the condition that it was used under the normal use circumstances. 

Exchange is only available if requested within 7 days after receiving the order and the product is defective on the condition that it was used under the normal use circumstances. 

For refund or exchange requests to be accepted the packaging must be maintained in a good condition, and the product must not be deliberately damaged.

Shipping costs are NOT refundable.
